Carli Palladino, LIMHP
Carli Palladino is passionate about assisting children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of struggles, including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+-related issues, trauma, and life changes. She believes that at the core of many of our struggles is an underlying need to improve our self-worth and a desire to feel empowered.
Carli values and practices gender-affirming care using a variety of evidence-based approaches that focus on strength-based and wellness techniques. She works with clients from differing backgrounds, including, but not limited to, adult sex offenders, victims of sexual assault, victims of bullying, and LGBTQ+ individuals. She also helps individuals dealing with substance abuse, domestic violence, and life transitions.
She has worked within an inpatient setting as well as private practice. Carli believes that at the end of the day, we all have ways we can grow, and one of the ways to do so is by allowing ourselves to be vulnerable so we can learn more about who we are and how we connect with others. By modeling genuineness and empathy, she builds and maintains strong therapeutic relationships with my clients.
