Robyn VanderVeen MS, PLMHP
Robyn VanderVeen has worked extensively in mental health working with various populations such as those diagnosed with a severe persistent mental illness (SPMI), residential/ secondary addiction treatment centers, child welfare, juvenile probation, and with crisis response programs. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples utilizing culturally sensitive and trauma-focused practices into client sessions. Robyn seeks to integrate multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy approaches into her work with clients. She works to embrace the differences, challenges, and the unexpected that life throws at us, assisting clients find the balance and clarity needed to live their best lives. Robyn believes that while we navigate through change, healing, and trauma, we seek deeper meaning and understandings of our own selves within our existence and displays of resilience.
