Abigail Kostic, EdS, LIMHP, NCSP
Abigail Kostic, EdS, LIMHP, NCSP Abby’s practice is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and women navigate life’s transitions, build resilience, and develop healthy, sustainable coping strategies and lasting skills.
Whether she is supporting a child or teenager using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, or partnering with women through midlife, work, and relationship shifts using an integrative, feminist-informed approach that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative therapy, Abby’s goal is to meet every client exactly where they are.
She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey—a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages can feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. In addition to individual therapy, Abby provides comprehensive developmental and behavioral evaluations to help clarify unique strengths and identify targeted support strategies.
