Jessica Freeman-Krieger, LMHP
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and have experience working with teens, adults, and couples across a variety of settings and life circumstances.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized and responsive to each individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m passionate about helping people recognize their strengths and resilience, even during difficult or uncertain times. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to make sense of experiences, identify meaningful goals, and build practical skills that support growth and lasting change. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood, and where therapy moves at a pace that feels right for them. I work with clients ages 14 and older, as well as couples.
