I believe therapy should be a space free of judgment — a place where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you as you grow, heal, and move toward the goals that matter most to you.
My goal is to help you build practical, sustainable tools that empower you long after our work together ends. Life will always bring stressors and challenges, but with the right skills and insight, you can recover, adapt, and continue moving forward with confidence.
I work with children experiencing behavioral challenges, anxiety, and depression, helping them and their families better understand underlying needs and develop effective strategies for growth. I also support teens and adults with high-functioning autism, offering guidance that respects neurodiversity while building skills for emotional regulation, communication, and independence.
In addition, I work with couples and families navigating relationship difficulties. Whether you’re facing communication breakdowns, conflict, or life transitions, I help couples/families create healthier patterns and stronger connections. I have experience supporting families who are raising children with behavioral challenges or severe disabilities. I understand the emotional, relational, and practical demands involved, and I help families navigate these complexities with clarity, resilience, and compassion.
I am direct in my feedback, yet always supportive. Sometimes growth requires us to gently confront the patterns or fears that may be holding us back, and I strive to do this in a way that feels respectful, constructive, and empowering.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel confident in the decisions you make and empowered in the direction your life is taking. Therapy is not about dependency — it’s about growth, strength, and building a foundation that allows you to move forward with clarity and purpose.
