Michelle Wilhelm, LIMHP

Michelle Wilhelm is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and
Nationally Certified Counselor. She received a master’s degree in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling from University of Nebraska Omaha as well as a bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from University of West Florida.

She has experience with adults, children, couples and service members. With a
client centered approach, Michelle utilizes trauma informed care with therapies
such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy. She has completed EMDRIA approved training for EMDR to
utilize EMDR for mental health symptoms caused by traumatic experiences.
Michelle has worked in several clinical environments including outpatient,
inpatient, and crisis mental health services.
