Cassandra Parker, LIMHP
As a dedicated, reality-based therapist, I bring over 3,000 clinical hours and extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.). I also use a blended therapeutic style, integrating Reality Therapy, Parts Work, Solution-Focused techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients gain clarity, build skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is grounded in empowerment and collaboration. I aim to help you think outside the box, tap into your strengths, and become the director of your own life. Life can present challenges, transitions, and moments of feeling stuck—but you don’t have to navigate those experiences alone. Together, we can process complex emotions, explore new perspectives, and develop creative strategies that support growth and healing.
I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, including children ages five and up, adults, couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and family dynamics, life transitions, and the unique experiences of military families.
With over 13 years of teaching experience and five and a half years of service in the United States Army, I bring strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills to my work. My background as a veteran, military spouse, mother, and educator gives me a unique lens that encourages non-traditional, effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
My commitment is to provide a supportive, honest, and empowering space where you can grow, heal, and move toward the life you want to build.
