I am a provisionally licensed mental health counselor and completed my master’s degree in mental health counseling through Wayne State College in 2022. I have experience with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, women’s issues, coping skills development, and trauma. I also have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community as well as with young adult clients. I have provided in-home, telehealth, and outpatient services.

I connect with the person-centered approach combined with client-specific techniques to meet client needs. my goal as a counselor is to find strengths with self-compassion while letting go of judgment. I believe in using a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to create a space that is safe to open up in.
