I’m so glad you’re here and taking the step to look for support! Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and truly heard. I strive to show up as a genuine and supportive presence so that together we can explore what you’re experiencing and work toward the changes you hope to make.
I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and teens who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional stress, and periods of change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, going through a difficult season, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
My approach is strengths-based and skill-focused, while also drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on each person’s unique needs. I believe that everyone already carries important strengths within them, and part of my role is helping you recognize those strengths while developing practical tools to navigate challenges and build the life you want.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents, teens, college students, and young adults who are learning to navigate major life transitions and personal growth. My experience includes all age groups including group work, couples counseling, family therapy. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adjustment challenges, substance use concerns, and life transitions.
Above all, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel understood, respected, and empowered as you work toward your goals.
